Seventh grade projects may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• ONE- and TWO-POINT PERSPECTIVE DRAWING:: creating the illusion of depth on a two-dimensional surface using the basic rules of perspective

• SCRATCH-ART DRAWING:  using line, pattern and texture to create the illusion of form in black and white 

• NON-OBJECTIVE PAINTINGS: students design and create  images using glazed clay tiles, inspired by the work of the ancient Greeks and Romans along with modern mosaic artists

• CLAY MASKS: students design and illuminate a letter form inspired by early calligraphers
