Lebanon Middle School

Sheila Russolino,

School Psychologist

Welcome to my web page! I am available here at LMS on a full time basis to support students in their social, emotional and academic growth as they progress through grades 5-8. Feel free to e-mail me or call me at 642-5631 with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your child's school experience.

What does a School Psychologist do?
Consultation Through facilitating communication between parents, teachers, adminstrators and community resources, school psychologists can help coordinate the efforts of home and school.
Assessment Through individual evaluations of referred students, school psychologists help identify student strengths and weaknesses, and help determine if they are eligible for special education services. They also assist in the development of individualized programs to help students meet with success.
Intervention Through group and/or individual counseling, school psychologists assist students with social academic, behavioral or adjustment problems that may interfere with school performance.
