Lyman Memorial to celebrate 100 years

Lyman Memorial High School in Lebanon will begin celebrating its 100th anniversary when the 2022-23 school year begins in August. A 100th Anniversary Celebration and All-Class Reunion is planned for the weekend of Sept. 9-11 at the high school.

The weekend will include sporting events, a student/alumni concert, displays, tours of the middle and high schools, dance and much more. The Lebanon Historical Society will be open with their Lyman Memorial exhibit. A tentative schedule has been posted to the Lyman Memorial High School webpage (www.lebanonct.org/o/lmhs/page/lyman-100), Anniversary Facebook page (Lyman-Memorial-High-School-100-Year-Anniversary), and printed copies are available in various locations around Lebanon.

Updates for the celebration, including registration, and future events will be posted as they are available.

A written history will be published and there will be displays at the school and historical society.

The committee is requesting memorabilia, spirit items, photos and programs. Please contact the email listed if you have any items. The anniversary committee is looking for alumni and former teachers and administration.
