Lebanon Middle School

Congratulations to our athletes who participated in Pantherfest this weekend at East Hampton Middle School. The boys soccer team held one team to a drtaw but lost the next two games. Meanwhile, the girls soccer team dominated the competition with three consecutive shut outs. The defense was particularly outstanding and did not allow a shot on goal all afternoon. Individually, the boys and girls cross country team also had a great day. Of the three races they participated in, they took 1st place in all three. In the boys 6th/7th grade race (5th grade included), Teddy took first with a time of 12:20. In the girls 6th/7th grade race (5th grade included), Clara took first with a time of 13:21 and Norah took second place with a time of 13:47. In the 8th grade Boys race, Cyril took first with a time 12:05.

Fifth graders in Ms. Reynold's class had a blast 'unpacking' various creepy crawlies that were delivered to be placed in their class 'nurse log'.

Congrats to our LMS boys and Girls cross country teams. Cyril took first place for the boys team with a time of 14:39 and Teddy took second place with a time of 16:08. The boys finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th places rounding out their victory over Coventry. Clara took first place with a time of 16:14 and Norah took third place with a time of 17:28. The girls took second to Coventry.

Great day for the home opener for boys soccer versus our rival school, Porter.
