Dear families,
Underclassmen photos for freshmen, sophomores and juniors will be held during the school day on Friday, Sept. 27. Forms have been handed out in English classes and are available in the main office. Please try to have your child in school on this day because this photo will also be used for ID purposes. A makeup date will be held in early November; information on that date will come as it gets closer. Email yearbook advisor Brian Girasoli at brian.girasoli@lebanonct.org with any questions or for additional information.
Lyman Open House is Thursday, September 12th from 5-7. We hope to see you there!
If you would like to participate in our athletic program, you will need to register online prior to the start of the season. Online registration is mandatory for every athlete who would like to participate in the Lyman Memorial High School athletic program. We are changing our registration platform from FamilyID to Final Forms. Our platform is being built by Final Forms at the moment and will hopefully be available by August 1st. Please go to finalforms.com after 8/1/24 and click on the login link at the top of the page and follow the sign-up prompts in order to register for fall sports. Please allow for the platform to be built before attempting to log in. Lastly, in order to participate in the fall, one must register online and confirm that an updated physical and health history (paperwork can be found outside the main office at Lyman Memorial) are on file with our school nurse. Our school nurse will be at the school for sports clearance in August. Clearance dates are August 13, 10am-2pm, August 15, 10am-2pm, August 19, 8am-2pm. There will be an important informational meeting for all students who are playing a Fall sport on August 13th where you will be introduced to your coaches and they will go over team policies and procedures. Football practice begins on August 15th and all other sports begin on August 19th.

LMHS Student Council is hosting a Color Fun Run on May 4th!!! Parking is at Lyman Memorial High School and check-in will be in front of the school.
The course is on paved surfaces and mowed lawn areas around the high school and middle school. More details can be accessed by using the QR code on the flyer.
We are very excited for our upcoming Mayfest week!

This an adult only presentation at LMHS beginning at 6:30pm, and will focus on social media and responsible technology.
This is a night you don't want to miss! There will be art displays and activities! Choir and band performances from the elementary school, middle school and high school as well as a sneak peak of our spring musical, The Little Mermaid!!!

Photo day is this Friday, Sept. 29. Photographers from Art Rich Photography will be taking pictures of your child throughout the morning. Photo forms will be handed out on Monday and Tuesday of this week in your child's English class, and they will also be available in the main office. Art Rich recommends ordering online but you can fill out the envelope form and submit a check with the exact amount the day of the photo session.
If your child will not be in school Friday, or if they need retakes, that date will be Monday, Nov. 6.
